As far as drinking is concerned, we are not so choosy as in the case of food. However we are always offered some specialties. There is a large fountain in the kitchen with a huge water tank, containing a total of 3 liters of water. It splashes merrily and induces us to drink. But Detlef did install it without any second thoughts. As a result he does not have to check if we drink regularly, the lazybones.



The grooviest thing, however, is the drinking aquarium, which is located in the living room. Barbara read about it in a cat magazine and Detlef promptly bought all necessary things. It is a small aquarium which is filled with boiled gravel and also contains a few plastic plants (after all it's a feast for a cat's eyes). In addition a high-quality pump with filter provides for clean water over a longer period. So we do not always have to go into the kitchen to slobber some water.
